iSchool Statement on Diversity
Our purpose is to share in the diversity efforts of the iSchool as well as bring together resources about diversity and multiculturalism.  The iSchool Diversity Committee prepared the iSchool's Statement on Diversity, which was approved by the School in January 2003. This statement is our mission and guide when looking at diversity needs and efforts of the iSchool.

Diversity Events

Diversity Listserv

This Listserv has announcements regarding iSchool, UW, and community events, activities, programs, scholarships, internships, jobs, and much more that relate to diversity.  It is an open list, and all are welcome to join! To subscribe to iDiversity, the iSchool's Diversity Listserv, click here.

The Diversity Committee
Through outreach, recruitment, and retention, the Committee works to foster an openness regarding diverse ideas and perspectives. The Committee meets regularly to review diversity needs and efforts of the iSchool and help plan programs, host events, disseminate information, and initiate discussion on diversity. The Committee is dedicated to gathering and sharing different viewpoints and perspectives on information education and information professions. Membership includes faculty, staff, and students.
